Exchange Rate

Purified Terra will be refreshed once a week.
However, to prevent a sudden change of the rate, there will be a set limit on how much the exchange rate can change at a time.

1000 * (1 + total amount of Purified Terra in the server / 1,000,000,000) * [ 1 - 0.9 x * BVT Exchange Rate ]
*Rate of BVT exchanged to Purified Terra
total amount of Purified Terra = Total number of owned Purified Terra by recently active Terra Server Players
However, each exchange rate refresh can only change the Purified Terra amount by a set amount.
